Solution
The requested operation requires elevation (UAC)
when we get "The requested operation requires elevation" warning, when we insert user name and password for some admin issue we can solve by turn off user account control setting.
1. go to start menu
2. control panel
3. write in the search box UAC (change user account control setting)
4. make it down to never notify
