Solution
Trust relationship with primary domain and local computer failed.  
first log in by local admin 
1. Right click on my computer then select property
2. Then select change setting
3. Click on Network id
4. my company uses a network with a domain ==> next
5. this computer is part of a business network ==>  next
6. you will need the following info. ==>  next
7. Then type Admin user name, password and domain name ==>  next
8. Verifying account of the computer and domain ==> yes
9. add the following domain user account (fill user name and domain)
10. Choose an account type ==>next
11. Click finish then restart  the computer
