2. goto C:\Program Files (x86)
3. write click in the concepts data system folder
4. properties/security/edit/add/everyone/ok/fullcontrol/ok
5. then check by any user

if not working

2. goto C:\Program Files (x86)
3. write click in the concepts data system folder
